Javier Jimenez and his brother Alex are heading in opposite directions. Javier is on a glide path to college while Alex has done a 180 and is falling prey to the streets. Neither, however, have any idea how hedge fund fixer George Jones will completely upend their lives and their community. "Some people flip homes. I flip zip codes." As the bodies start falling, Javier is in a race to beat Jones at his own game while Alex is busy getting jumped in.
