Ryan has a problem; he believes his girlfriend will be there in time for the launch of their new universe. But Tina is tired of his cheating. She slips away from the party like a thief in the night. Her departure leaves him dateless. He is doomed to spend his eternity alone in their plush ballroom. She ghosted him forever.
Ryan decides he will live only for pleasure. He will eat, drink, rape, kill, and be merry.
An ex-girlfriend had warned him. She told him he would die alone if he didn’t release his perfectionism. Then the void appears, and that is new and terrifying. Their Eden isn’t working out as they’d hoped. But the Prosperos realize they now have a way out, an exit. When his best friend walks into the void, Ryan is devastated. The void is eating their ballroom from outside. While inside, the wealthy descend further into homicidal rage. Ryan knows the lambs are the answer. He knows he must stop the sacrifice before it is too late, and their universe turns into a new kind of hell.
