The year is 2030. Members of The House of Representatives are being murdered. Detective Joe Torelli of the Capitol Police Department has lots of suspects but no definitive proof as to the killer’s identity. Then, there are the strange noises, shadows, and a voice-recorded blood ritual. Is it possible the killer isn’t human?
