About the Author
ERIC PAUL ERICKSON is a writer and award-winning filmmaker. He worked as a journalist for the Chicago Tribune, Roswell Daily Record and numerous other newspapers, magazines and media outlets. He has authored and co-authored non-fiction books on historic topics including the Civil War, the Old West and Viking culture. Ascension is his first novel.
As a screenwriter, he has penned several feature films and won the Best Storytelling award for his movie Truth at the Laughlin International Film Festival. He also directed the film, for which he collected Best Director and Best Feature wins and nominations at several film festivals.
