A reborn society marred without human interaction is seen through the eyes of our narrator who finds herself entangled in an extraterrestrial intimacy with a green figure as she reflects on the state of the world in this piece of flash fiction. At less than 700 words, the author Bablington captures the innocent subversion of our most unconscious thoughts, treading on the political and the sensual in what may be described as the most bipartisan approach to modern science fiction literature.
